A two-day colloquium examines the concept of a "war on terror," as well as the specific strategies employed to wage it. Bringing together a diverse selection of experts and practitioners, the Colloquium addresses the conceptual frameworks and concrete policy recommendations needed to move beyond the rhetoric and ideology that often shape responses to terrorism.
